[Bug]: Progress bars have lost colour change with percent change

Describe the bug

I use progress bars on my board based on the html as metadata. Before updating to 16.0 the progress bars changed colour as the percent changed (as shown here https://minimal.guide/Block+types/Progress+bars). Since updating, the progress bars remain the standard single shade of royal blue, regardless of percentage (as shown below).

Expected Behavior

Bars to change colour as they did previously.

Steps to reproduce

Happens whenever creating new cards, on a new board, and on pre-existing cards.
