[Bug]: Editing card in 0.16 with multiple lines does not expand

Describe the bug

I am trying to edit a card with multiple lines in Obsidian 0.16. The edit window only shows me one line at a time:

Expected Behavior

I should get an editing view that shows me all of my text across multiple lines

Steps to reproduce

Add a second line within a card

The issue is caused by 0.16's default theme setting fixed heights for buttons and other inputs. Setting height: auto inside Kanban's styles for buttons and textarea fixes the problem. (And is needed on buttons because the default button size in 0.16 is large enough to make single-line cards look double-spaced.)
