[Feature]: Add option to prioritize cards

Goal or desired outcome of this feature

Having a large number of cards becomes difficult to track. There currently is no option to prioritize cards.

Describe the feature

Option to assign a card with priority based on weight[1-5], sort these by default based on priority.

Can you think of any alternatives or work-arounds?
