[Feature]: Link to existing note instead of importing a copy when dropped from another app

Goal or desired outcome of this feature

I'd like to be able to drop notes to a Kanban from another markdown viewing app (or from File Explorer).

Describe the feature

The existing code to drop a file would need to check if the file is actually already in Obsidian, the way Obsidian itself has been recently changed to do so. It would then link to that file rather than importing a new copy of it.

Can you think of any alternatives or work-arounds?

The closest workaround is to switch to text mode, create an empty task, then drag and drop the file in it, then switch back to Kanban mode.
