[Feature]: Setting Toggle To Automatically Create A Note When A New Card Is Created

Goal or desired outcome of this feature

On some of my project Kanban Boards I always 'Create New Note From Card', It would be awesome if I can turn on a setting for an individual board that automatically generates a note that the card is linked too.

Describe the feature

Desired workflow:

1. Go to settings of kanban board
2. Toggle on setting 'Automatically Generate Linked Note' a. Note, this should respect 'Template' and 'New Note' settings
3. Go back to Kanban board
4. Click '+ Add a card'
5. Type the title of my card and hit enter

Above steps generate a new card that's title is a hyperlink to an automatically generated note

Can you think of any alternatives or work-arounds?

Currently possible by right clicking note, and selecting dropdown item option 'New Note From Card'. This is fine, but requires additional clicks.
