In v0.15.6, using "![[]]" to associate files in a new window kanban will error

Expected Behavior

No response

Steps to reproduce

1. open Kanban in new window
2. in kankan use "![[]]” to show a file content，the file name like “ABC” and have ### case1
3. when you input ![[ABC#ca , and system auto identify ABC#case1，let you choose, and you choose the "file ABC ### case1" will become ### case1case1
