[Feature]: Ability to drag or position lists below other lists when the lists are shorter and there is available blank space

Goal or desired outcome of this feature

The goal is to be able to see more of your lists at one time, making use of currently unusable screen space, without having to scroll to the right. I think the limit right now is around 5 lists before you have to scroll. ** Out of sight is out of mind**. it seems many users would like to be able to move their lists, like tiles maybe, to available space on the screen so that they can see more of what they're working on at one time. (it's been mentioned on Reddit)

Describe the feature

The feature would be: The ability to drag or otherwise move lists to available space beneath other lists so that one can see more of what they're working on at one time. When you have lists that aren't long, there is a lot of potentially usable space below them that is unusable now. There is a natural urge to want to be able to drag or reposition a list that you otherwise would have to scroll right to see, so that you can stick it below a list that has available space under it. I know users have tried to find ways to use the blank space - there are some posts on Reddit, so there is definitely interest. This would be a huge improvement in usability allowing you to see more of your work at one time. It's similar to repositioning text boxes, etc., in OneNote. PS I really love the Kanban format otherwise. This would make it much more functional for me but still keep the simplicity of it. Thanks!

Can you think of any alternatives or work-arounds?

I've tried to use the split screen but it doesn't work well for this purpose.
