Heading Duplicated in Live Preview for Notes in Sidebar

Using Obsidian 0.13.10 with Live Preview enabled and the Embedded Note Titles plugin version 1.1.6, I am seeing the note title duplicated on notes in the left or right sidebar. The number of repeated titles seems to be random -- sometimes I only see one, sometimes I see 10 or more.

Here's an example of what I'm seeing:

@erikwestra & @anvimea I have yet to be able to reproduce this. Could you write out some steps I can take to set up my workspace in a way that would lead to this?

Unfortunately this presents randomly on my end. I can't reliably reproduce it, but it does regularly occur. Sometimes it isn't a factor whatsoever.

Whenever it begins to duplicate, it doesn't matter if I swap back to editing mode than return to preview mode - the exact same number of duplicates will still be present. Only restarting Obsidian overall resets the duplicate count.
