Add support for bookmarking

I would really like to be able to (book)mark my favorite boards, so they show up on https://contribkanban.com/me Currently only my (private?) issue collection boards display on my homepage.

Postponed on #191, we need somewhere to show the action for bookmarking

Okay, so I made a way to provide actions in the app bar. The next step is to add bookmarking. I don't know if I really want to add the Flag module, or implement a simpler solution.
