Actually I think @weidel-p is working on this.
Please resolve merge conflicts. Once these merge conflicts are fixed, tests run again and the optimization library issue is resolved this is likely ready to be merged.
We are waiting on jupyter notebook fix to pass CI and to verify fix works in lava-optimization CI and manual tests.

This change appears to hang while running Run CI / Unit Test Code + Coverage (ubuntu-latest) - does it work for you locally @hexu33 ? FYI @ysingh7 @joyeshmishra
