Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 SM-T231 - Prompt when the application starts on this device appears only white screen, how can I fix it?

I don't understand. This problem have higher chances to appear in API < 19 and I've already limited the rendering for API > 21.

As I'm aware of Tab 4, it has lollipop. isn't it?

Yes it is absolutely true, but on it it is impossible to eliminate such a problem? If you set parameters in AS then still there is also a white screen.
