HPO just finished up a review of abnormal tooth morphology terms based off this article https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdfdirect/10.1002/ajmg.a.61316

We should look at what they did and the article to make sure we are aligned.

Note the article has clinical definitions for a number of tooth abnormalities that would change the way we are suing the labels. In most cases we may want to change terms from exact to related or narrow synonyms.
