Were you able to find a solution to the make issue? Or is the move to infusion a way to circumvent the issue?

I just wanted to add this as a todo. I've run into some glitches with RestructuredText http://docutils.sourceforge.net/rst.html and interested in looking at options for more robust, accessible document formats. I haven't experimented with infusion to see how well it can be used to drive PDF & EPUB documents.

I just want to tag this for the future.
