Plot cookbook

We should add a "Plot cookbook" section to the docs with examples of many different ways to visualize chain outputs. We can keep track of ideas in this issue.

  • Box plots (as in the user guide)
  • Histograms
  • Trace plots
  • Animations using ImageMagick
