Jquery UI Theme Conflicts

Several WordPress plugins that use jQuery UI load a jQuery UI themeroller theme on every page, including in the backend. This breaks several things, like the TinyMCE link manager, and WordPress Wiki. Steps should be taken to avoid messing up WordPress Wiki in the event of the carelessness of developers of other plugins.
