fullscreen without asking

Please add option to go fullscreen optionally, it also starts in black blank so i appears it crashed, but does not

There should be a "Loading" appearing on the screen. Which OS are we talking about? Any config variable modified? Default renderer?

There is an option to skip fullscreen. If you are using the windows version you should get a link with "windowed" in your start menu.

You can also start it from command line via ./caveexpress -set fullscreen false (afair)
