[FBX Export Shifter] Custom FBX presets not being passed

During our tests, we came across the following issues while working on a Windows machine.

• [ ] FBX Export Options are not being passed properly.
• [ ] FBX File type, need to override all presets and passed correctly

I currently have been unable to reproduce the issue on my OSX machine.
