Please change license away from PHP-License

Current license is "PHP". This license can't be used by anything but PHP itself.

Can you change the license to something else (Expat is a good candidate, or BSD-2-clause)?

I don't have a problem with that. I'm trying to get some time to update this package, I'll attend to this then.
