ROM 4X doesn't switch drives when using some software

As you can see, I am using ROM Xc which has ROM 4X functionality, and ROM 4X isn't working as expected with VTAK.dsk on my FloppyEMU.

Is this a bug in ROM 4X?

The vast majority of software that is not ProDOS-based cannot be booted from the second/external drive. This is a limitation of the software, not ROM 4X. This is mentioned in the README:

7 Boot External 5.25

This is like option 6, but using an external 5.25 drive. The only OS I am aware of that supports booting this way is ProDOS.
