Medusa required to run from CMD

Sometimes, if it isn't run from CMD, the window doesn't appear and the system is slowed down until the process is killed. Sometimes it is just that the Window doesn't appear. Version: 0.1-medusa-5190-76b8916 OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit

Can't reproduce on Win10 x64 (0.1-medusa-5203 here).
