Get a nice website for alchemist

Packages like nalgebra, rocket, diesel, and other rust projects have some sweet looking sites.

Examples:

We should get alchemist a nice simple one as a landing page at some point. This way people can get an informative site as well as providing more impact for the project once a lot of work has gone underway
