How to retrieve objects from merged cells or save them to Excel?

There is no specific support for reading merged cells. The value will be present only in the first row of the merged range. For saving there is no specific support, either, but you can subscribe to the Saving event and manipulate the saved sheet, setting the IsMergedCell property to true on the cells you want to merge.
