Emojis are not available in the Web-Client

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to https://outlook.office.com/mail/
2. Create an new e-mail
3. Click the button for the "Emojis" extension

Which browser and version is this? This might be a duplicate of #63 which is fixed now.
