Refresh time in step of 1000s?

Thanks for the extension! I've been using the source project for years - it's good to see that it's being maintained.

Currently, when stepping refresh times, it increases in steps of 1 seconds. I usually use 200ms refresh, which is impossible to pick with the current stepper, while I am also facing the issue mentioned in #82.

So - I wonder - how many use refresh times above a few seconds? It would likely be more flexible to set the stepper to 100 or 200? Or even maybe 50? This really depends on the "normal" use case.

Good question, I assume the vast majority use 1000ms or less... I think 200ms increments on the stepper sounds perfectly reasonable.
