Cumulative Updates Not Shown

Hi,

Is there a specific argument required to show Cumulative updates? Currently, I do not see KB5043145 via this tool (Get-WindowsUpdate or Get-WindowsUpdate -AcceptAll -Install -IgnoreReboot)

This is clearly visible in settings (not installed, waiting for the installation button to be clicked)

I have since tested this on two other machines with the same outcome.
