papermark 702 link sidebar add bottom space

Created a new PR with the necessary changes to resolve this issue. Closing PR https://github.com/mfts/papermark/pull/703.

I couldn’t replicate the issue on my side, but I’ve added 35% more space at the bottom so the last item appears in the middle instead of being too far down. I’ve also added padding to the top of the "Save Link" button to prevent it from feeling too cramped.
