papermark [Feat] Added Pricing Page

FIX #627

NOTE: DO NOT PUSH THIS TO THE CODEBASE!

The file pages/pricing.tsx is just a simple implementation of how the pricing page should work and it is NOT supposed to pushed into the codebase. Use it as a reference point to create a pricing page.
