[🕹️] Add the ability to archive a dataroom

What side quest or challenge are you solving?

From the dataroom settings, add the ability to archive a dataroom.

When a dataroom is archived:

• all links to the dataroom should be disabled / archived as well
• dataroom should be hidden from /datarooms overview
• a dataroom can be reactivated from dataroom > settings

There should be a tab to select active and archived datarooms on the /datarooms overview to toggle between them.

then we need to have a tabination to see the archived data rooms and active data room?

I'm thinking to create

• isArchived field in prisma for Dataroom model
• isDisabled to each link (OR) fetch the dataroom isArchived field on each link page

I believe fetching isArchived field would be better option. What are your thoughts?
