Description
We need to discuss at dataroom within group members shared the link privately. Group members write specific topic and discuss with admin (not each others) or admin may open a specific topic and share with all members. Basically members can not see each other message but admin see and answer.

@ykburda I like the general idea. We were thinking more about documents and dataroom comment threads.
It's a big task. But would you want to work on it?
Hi @mfts , I'm not the developer. I've just tested Papermark in a collaborative environment and saw some missing parts. I imagined collaboration "purchase department RFQ-RFP documents sharing" So it came missing "discussion functionality" and missing "key topics functionality" shared by admin. It is now just share file like dropbox,nextcloud or anyother file sharing app. If we want seperating from them Papermark should be more "collaborative platform". I know none of them is collaborative data-room manner. Just download-upload file. Just adding, I don't mean realtime collaboration on preparing a document.
Here is my imagine of full product. A procurement guy opens a dataroom (with a brief description) and assigns group of communication members and upload files(Kind of RFP docs). He puts some topic infos to this dataroom.(A topic ,B topic, C topic) This is kind of FAQ pages. And of course there should be status of dataroom. This will not be a long life room. He is triggering a mail from system and to inform all members. (We can say that he can send an outlook mail). They are logging to app and checking all shared docs and all infos in topics. Then, members can upload private files to dataroom(Kind of rfq docs.) Here it's important not to share upload docs to other members. (Admin may allow) . Also any member can start a discussion private and ask for some details. Admin answers on discussion. This is of course a private discussion at dataroom with this member. All of them finalize docs and so on. This is a real life sample.
@mfts I’ll start working on this. Let's finalize where we should begin and prioritize the features. How would you like to proceed with the first steps?
