Unable to register a new passkey

I'm unable to register a new passkey under settings/register a passkey

[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () (register, line 0)
[Error] Unhandled Promise Rejection: TypeError: a is not an Object. (evaluating 'r in a')
