The packeet-introspection lab has an error in the geolocation section. In fact, the maxmind databases in .dat format are no longer functional. They must be replaced with those in mmdb format.

Updated the packet-introspection lab manual to reflect the proper download link and noted that the lab uses an older version of Wireshark that uses a legacy version of the database. The lab should be updated to use a more recent Wireshark. Someday.
