We set this up as a lead gen tool originally. Hence why we have our branding everywhere. It's set to offer a few free lookups then trigger a modal to ask for an email if you want to continue using.

I figured I'd open source the code as is, and if anyone wanted to use this that they would remove stuff specific to our use case. Feel free to mod the code and open a PR.
