If you have a copy it would be greatly appreciated if you could mirror it until the original link is back again.

@mfrister Thanks. Finally，I solved this by keychain-dumper. BTW, I have another question, If the Keychains database contains all apple'Certificate? when i dump the keychains, I have not found apple root certificate and some other intermediate certificate.
