connection problem

when trying to connect to video stream i get this error on conference client:

Disconnected! Connection problem connection refused

what could possible be. Othe users can access it normal.

i just noticed that ts3video is trying to conet to port:13370 but according to my ts control panel, port is 1104. This may be the problem but i cant change the port. And i cant understand why some users can see the video and others dont..

Ts voice port != video port

so, why some members can acess video and others cant?? all using same ts3video and ts version

Most likely because some users wont listen and use the public ts3video server instead of yours
