On mine environment is necessary 2 new features on iF.SVNAdmin. First is subgroups on groups, that I finished as @vectornet, second is API or webservice that allows me to automate the process of managing the groups, subgroups and users from the command line or using another application.

I'm planning to do it this week, you have interest me to do the pull request when I'm done?
