SVNAdmin vs. Active Directory 2012 R2

Hello,

We raised Active Directory functional level to 2012 R2 few weeks ago. After that SVNAdmin LDAP authentication stopped working.

With lot of php debugging, I found a possible solution: LDAP_OPT_REFERRALS value must be 0.
