chinese can not display

hello, I have two qestion for help 1.I find the repository which name is chinese can not display normally 2.when I brows repository ,I got error and warn as follows: Exception list

XML parse error: (code=5) Invalid document end

Warning: mb_convert_encoding(): Illegal character encoding specified in D:\apps\xampp\htdocs\iF.SVNAdmin-stable-1.6.2\include\ifcorelib\IF_SVNBaseC.class.php on line 163

Chinese characters as directory or file names inside a repository shouldn't be a problem. Looks like it had never been tested what happens, when the repository's name itself is written with chinese characters.

Can you tell me more about your environment, please?

hello, I can add Chinese characters as directory by UI ,but if I connect reporitory which name is written with chinese characters, name can not display normally.

my environment as follows: Operating System: window 2008 (64bit) Apache version:2.4.7 PHP version:5.5.6

I got the similar error. but there is not any chinese character in my repository.I even created an empty repository for a test,but when I browser that repository, an error still show: XML parse error: (code=5) Invalid document end my envirenmont is: Linux version 2.6.32-220.el6.x86_64 Apache 2.0 PHP version 5.3.3
