I'm still working through this slowly, but I implemented generalised sector types in [my own fork](https://github.com/mfrancis95/crispy-boom/commit/db1ccf9c155687e9af65f6bd0d9a0427439c1d60).

Yes, I'm just going through implementing some simpler changes first. I'll update you in here when it's done.
