OCaml 4.06+ support?

I'm trying to resurrect oraft, which needs this package. Or maybe I should use another library for serialization? Edit: I mean a camlp4-less version

New release coming shortly since it turns out earlier opam files were converted to 2.0 format automatically, so there's no need to study the new schema (cf. #32) :-)

this can be closed, everything works fine with OCaml > 4.06
