Enable sixel feature for WinGet build

As a Windows user (who installed presenterm via WinGet) I want to be able to use the sixel feature of presenterm so that the Windows Terminal can render images included in my presentation in a higher quality.

The sixel feature appears to be disabled in the build used for the winget package manager. Therefore I suggest adding the feature flag to that build.
