Hey, great tool!

Add more exchange support, maybe integrate ccxt so users can do that themselves. Ability to liquidate entire portfolio for a given currency, e.g. sell all coins that are not BTC to BTC. How do I sell at market? I tried rate 1 * ask and it keeps giving me notional errors. Add sell amount max market. Print key permissions when starting?
