doesn't work for me on windows vs 2015 and OF 0.9.0 it says 'ofGetGLProgrammableRenderer': identifier not found on AbstractFilter.cpp , pixelateFilter.cpp

I intended to add programmable render support, but never got around to it. That whole dev effort should probably be moved to a separate branch, so I'll leave this open for the nonce.
