[Bug]: No way to edit JEI configs

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

press E to open the inventory, click on the edit button of JEI

Expected Behavior

open up the JEI settings

Actual Behavior

aktivates the cheat mode

Extra Notes

there is no way to edit the settings ingame, i use Modmenue and this also dose not work

as you can see there is no edit button
