[Suggestion]: Add Configuration for toggle on/off server-sync mode

If possible, add a feature where we can enable/disable server-sync mode, so that when we join a server (that doesn’t have the JEI mod on the server) and server-sync mode is disabled, the recipes come only from the client data. (Similar to JEI versions 1.21.1 and below, but with the option to turn it on or off). This way, it can be adjusted according to needs. There are cases where players can’t see recipes on public servers that don’t have the JEI mod.

I understand the consequences of using recipes from the client data, as they are not 100% the same as the server’s recipes (especially on servers with plugins; on vanilla, the recipes are usually 100% the same). But this feature can be enabled or disabled depending on the player’s needs.
