[Bug]: JEI 1.21.1 Custom Brewing Recipes not showing after version 19.9.0.120+ [Cobblemon Snapshot]

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

1. Install latest Cobblemon Snapshot for Neoforge 1.21.1
2. Install JEI 1.21.1 Version 19.9.0.120 or higher
3. Check Potions, Super Potions etc

Expected Behavior

To display brewing recipe when clicked

Actual Behavior

JEI displays custom brewing recipes up to version jei-1.21.1-neoforge-19.8.5.119.

Version jei-1.21.1-neoforge-19.9.0.120+ seems to break that functionality.

I am also encountering this on Fabric 1.21.1

this problem is present with JEI 19.21.0.047 for NeoForge 1.21.1 it displays a single brewing recipe for the medicinal brew, but all other recipes don't show
