[Suggestion]: Provide configuration options for scaling the size of the UI

Suggestion

My friend is legally blind and upon seeing JEI in-game - immediately gives up on using it. Scaling the GUI does help, but it would be awesome to be able to make it bigger. I'm sure other players would appreciate being able to adjust the size of JEI specifically as well.
