Some alarms can't be canceled

Hi, occasionally some alarms fail to be canceled I mean I tap "Cancel Alarm" button but it doesn't work.

hi how many times does it happen ? is it random ? are you sure that the button is being pressed ? does reopening the app bring up the notification again ?

answering these helps finding the issue
