Dissection of an ELF shared library

The motivating use case that sparked an interest in the dissection of ELF shared libraries is to relink a PE binary executable into a working ELF shared library; as is the intended aim of the zelda tool.

As of rev d6ccd75f9be26de5de5af5e4d5249214b8142618, we have a working dissected ELF shared library. The next goal will be to make it as minimal as possible, while still being able to invoke foo and have it return 42.
