Won't send more than a few messages

I'm guessing something has probably changed with Postmark as nothing's changed in SendPortal, but since I last sent a campaign a few weeks ago, no more than a few messages are sent before the campaign just grinds to a halt.

This is what I am seeing after trying to send a campaign to 900 recipients:

Figured out the issue after turning on debugging and sending manually. There were a couple of previous bounces in the list. It seems that if a message is rejected the whole campaign stops.
