rose edit: tweak auto-expand pages for large apps

When rose edit is launched for an app, it automatically expands the tree of pages (not so for apps loaded within a rose edit suite session). This can be undesirable for large apps, where the tree structure gets quickly lost as the user scrolls down. It would be better if the user expands some of the relevant parts of the tree structure themselves.

We should tweak the behaviour to be more friendly for large apps.

This issue is now really about the behaviour when a whole suite is loaded. It might be better if a just-loaded-from-preview-app auto-expanded one level.
